Nude

The nude has been a subject of photography almost since the medium’s inception in the 19th century. Early photographers often drew inspiration from classical art, carefully composing poses that echoed the timeless beauty of traditional nudes.

Photography, with its inherent realism, struggled for years to gain recognition within the realm of fine art. Yet, over time, artists such as Jock Sturges, David Hamilton, Sally Mann, and Edward Weston have firmly established photography as a legitimate and expressive artistic form.

These images are my humble attempt to follow in the footsteps of these great artists, exploring the delicate interplay of light, form, and emotion.
